The successful candidate will join our Housing Department under the supervision of our Housing & Admin Manager. This is a full-time position with strong possibilities to become permanent.Key tasks will consist of, but not be limited to:Provide students with quality host family/residence accommodation service throughout their stay.Meet and welcome new students on arrival.Assess student's satisfaction during their stay.Handle any issue related to student's welfare.Work directly with students, resident advisors and host families to problem solve, manage crisis and help students acclimate to a new environment.Communicate issues with international sales offices (concerning logistics and students' discipline).Promote and sell our homestay program and the idea of international cultural exchange. Host family recruitment as well as students' placement in host families.Enforce school rules and policies at the residences and host families, manage and follow-up on student discipline issues.Manage school administrative processes including processing invoices, relations with suppliers, expense department control.Organization of students' airport transfers.Share emergency on call duties with other permanent school staff.RequirementsPriority consideration will be given to candidates with experience in hospitality or education industry.Bachelor's degreeSpanish (minimum C1).
