During your internship you will learn the following tasks:
For the first month of your internship you will do cross training, that way you will get to know all the hotel departments and the hotel operations before you fully immerse in the day to day with our hotel managers.
To ensure quality of the accommodation and a high level of the gastronomic offer.
To review the evolution of the bookings.
To follow up the satisfaction to client results and on-line reputation according to the standards established by the central department.
To lead the different departments teams of the hotel, coordinating all the hotel departments and ensuring adequate service.
To prepare annual budget.
To attend special visits and inspections and represent the hotel in the presence of authorities.
To coordinate with the purchase department to ensure the appropriate supply of the hotel.
What destinations do we have available in Spain?
Canary Islands (Tenerife, Fuerteventura and Lanzarote).
Balearic Islands (Mallorca and Ibiza).
Mainland (Cádiz, Marbella and Málaga).
If you are interested in a different start date, internship duration or destination please get in touch with us. You will need to be studying a Bachelor degree in Tourism or Hospitality Management or a Master in Hospitality Management.
Your internship will ideally be six months long.
High level of English is required, other languages are a plus. Spanish is not required but German can be for some destinations.
Calm, efficient, and organized with great attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and passion for hospitality.
