Linde Gas EspañaHomecare HSE Supervisor (m / f / d)Alcalá de Henares or Madrid, Spain req17723What you will enjoy doingYou are responsible for promoting and supporting the development of SHEQ culture and performance improvement.You will develop and implement execution plans to fulfill targets and strategies, aligning execution with different business areas.You must ensure the effectiveness of management systems and continuous improvement in the SHEQ area.You will manage the country management system and, where applicable, maintain certifications.You will guarantee the implementation of Linde Global Standards applied to the local management system, ensuring compliance with local regulations.You will monitor and analyze key performance indicators and provide information, leading periodic management system reviews.You are in charge of preparing and coordinating audit plans and execution.You will provide measurements and support analysis for improvements in the SHEQ area.You are responsible for ensuring compliance with country occupational safety and hygiene regulations.You will actively participate in the processes of digitalization and task automation, contributing to the company's evolution towards digital transformation.What makes you greatYou have a University degree in technical areas, preferably.Expertise in Occupational Safety, Health, and Ergonomics.You have experience in similar roles in the sanitary business.Proficient in ISO 14001, 45001, and 26000.Experience in administration of management systems and risk assessment.You have experience in training and auditing.You are a team player, collaborative, and can deal with different key interfaces.You can collect, interpret, and use data effectively, driving digital transformation.Why you will love working with usAt Linde, we identify ourselves with our products, either working for the technical or medical gases business.
