Job Description: The Home Care Aide will provide non-medical caregiving as permitted by the highest standard of Federal and/or State regulations. Primary responsibilities will revolve around assisting with and supervising clients in Activities of Daily Living (ADL). Duties may include but are not limited to:
Following care plan/assignment sheet
Keeping a record of observations and care provided
Assisting with walking
Personal care
ROM (Range of Motion) exercises
Preparing meals
Light housekeeping
Transportation
Running errands
Companionship
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
High school graduate or GED
Two (2) years of accumulated experience in a home care environment
Clean background
CA Driver's license
Reliable transportation
Current TB and CPR certificates
Great intern potential for health care college students.
