David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a Dutch speaking Inside Sales Representative for their Barcelona office.
Position: Inside Sales Representative
Location: Barcelona, Spain
Employment type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Identify and qualify prospects and deciders in the targeted companies.Focus on driving profitability through proactive management.Track, manage, and report ongoing activity relative to sales pipeline.Review client satisfaction level.Communicate client feedback to appropriate parties for follow-up on potential business.Prepare commercial and technical service proposals and ensure such proposals are technically and commercially sound.Respond and provide resolution to incoming customer or partner calls regarding customer inquiries and requests.REQUIREMENTS:Native/fluent in Dutch, both oral and written.Fluent in English (at least B2 level).Solid sales background and previous experience in B2B sales.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, etc.).Solid knowledge of Client Relationship Management (CRM) software.Excellent communication skills (both oral and written).Organised and able to handle unique situations confidently.Eager, quick learner with the ability to work independently, while being a team player.Working schedule: Monday to Friday, 09 AM - 06 PM
