Job Description SummaryToday Sandoz is a global market leader in Generics and Biosimilar medicine. With forecasts indicating at least a doubling of the global Biosimilar market in the decade ahead, Sandoz is well positioned to become the leader in the market expansion driven by new launches. The role of the Regional Launch Manager, International Region is, together with the countries, to deliver the launch strategy. The overall aim is to ensure that the number of in-time launches as well as the contribution from launches in all Region International markets is maximized by ensuring excellence in planning, tracking and executing timely launches. For that purpose, the Regional Launch Manager ensures strong technical & commercial launch readiness and efficient launch tracking.Responsibilities:Lead strategic development of the regional 4-year rolling launch plan, maximizing economic value, and ensuring strategic fit with global, regional, and country strategies.Track the technical and commercial readiness process for all Region International launches engaging all key stakeholders at local, regional & global levels.Focus on securing FTM/Day 1/in-time readiness for planned launches; track launch performance for key launches and trigger relevant actions to deliver financial launch target.Implement process improvement actions under the current Launch Excellence framework within the International Region (i.e., ONE LAUNCH). It includes diagnosis by analyzing performance at a task level, root cause analysis to derive lessons learnt, codification of processes going forward; and development of detailed action plans including owners and project management to ensure timely implementation.Optimize current digital tracking tools (i.e., ONE LAUNCH Dashboard) to reduce mistakes, decrease workload and ensure having everything embedded into SANITY system as the ONE single source of truth.Develop a communication and training plan to ensure best practices are well known and systematically implemented across countries and functions in the International Region.What you'll need to bring to the role:University Degree in Science and/or Business Degree; scientific background preferred.Fluency in English required and other regional languages desirable (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese).5+ years' experience in launch, project management or process improvements in the Pharma business.Experience working in large / international companies.Track record taking ownership and delivering results in a timely manner in complex cross-functional settings.Why Sandoz?Generic and Biosimilar medicines are the backbone of the global medicines industry.
