As the operation team, we help supervise operations across Fever teams and identify and prioritize needs.Our goal is to help Fever grow, increasing the efficiency in our ways of working and maintaining a best-in-class experience for all stakeholders. We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager IT to join our team. Your exceptional leadership skills, project management expertise, and ability to optimize operational processes will be instrumental in achieving project success and team development.About The Role:Plan, execute, and monitor IT-related projects, including scope, budget, resource allocation, and timelines, and oversee the successful execution of the projects from initiation to closure.Lead, mentor, and motivate project teams, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration while ensuring the team's work aligns with company goals and standards.Continuously review and enhance IT operational processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness, promoting automation and best practices.Develop and manage the IT operations budget, identify cost-saving opportunities, and optimize IT expenditures.Provide regular updates to senior management on IT operations, projects, and key performance indicators (KPIs).Collaborate with third-party vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure service level agreements are met.About You:4/5+ years in a project management role or consulting background. Previous leadership experience is required.Proven experience in IT operations management, with a focus on IT support, project management, and infrastructure management.Bachelor's degree in Engineering, business administration or a related field (or equivalent experience).Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.Fluent English and Spanish. Other languages are a plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.You'll be solution-focused, identifying problem areas and then creating plans to find resolutions.You'll have strong communication skills and a proven track record of building positive working relationships.Curious and keen to push boundaries and try new concepts
