Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Johnson & Johnson means "You Belong." OVERALL PURPOSE: Reporting to Project Management Officer: Executes EMEA or local solution strategy aligned to and supporting Business Units.
Working within cross-functional teams, the HSL leads solution strategy development and tactical implementation tools and materials to drive optimal launch.
Responsible for monitoring and analysing the performance of the solution development and implementation.
Identify Opportunities & Risks through KoLs and market knowledge.
MAIN ACTIVITIES: Develops and executes the solution strategy in close collaboration with CVTs to prepare and implement commercial solution as defined in the Brand Plan, including Budget and resource allocation.
Contribute to the development of the solution roadmap.
Co-creates to design/develop solution materials.
Works with legal, HCC, Procurement partners to develop and execute contracts.
Develops relationships with KoL.
Continuous external focus to gather insights and priorities for external innovation.
Qualifications REQUIREMENTS: A minimum of 5-8 years of professional experience.
Previous experience as Manager will be considered.
In-Depth knowledge of healthcare industry, including an understanding of delivery care models.
High level of business planning experience.
Ability to co-create at EMEA level.
Experience & deep knowledge of CVT working model.
Strong Cross functional knowledge and ability to operate within a matrix organization.
Self-Accountability.
