Job Description
Reporting to the HR Manager in Spain and EMEA/USA, your key responsibility is to handle the Health and Safety area.
Main Duties
Coordination of the Health and Safety area in all fields, both internally with employees and externally with clients and suppliers, ensuring staff access to sites and maintaining company staff safety.
Implementation of international projects determined by Crown's headquarters in the USA/Germany related to safety, environment (e.g., carbon, plastic, batteries), and risk prevention.
Implementation and development of measures determined by the external prevention service.
Training of technicians and all company staff on safety issues, always ensuring adherence to safety procedures and the mandatory use of protective equipment.
Coordination with other departments: training on forklift trucks, maintenance of facilities in the branches and waste document management.
Support to the HR area in matters of policies, trainings, databases and platforms, digitalization of documentation, SAP Employee Central, etc.
What you should bring with you:
8-10 years of experience in Health and Safety area with an environmental background.
Advanced Technician in Health and Safety in the Workplace qualification.
Full proficiency in English.
Advanced Office 365 automation (Excel).
Driver's license.
Occasional availability to travel.
