Mission of the role We are seeking a Head of Digital Product Design, a pivotal role where you'll drive the vision and execution of our digital product strategy.
This is your chance to lead the design of cutting-edge digital experiences, from concept through to implementation, across a broad spectrum of products.
We need a visionary leader who can craft user-centric products that not only meet but exceed expectations, delivering innovative and intuitive solutions that resonate with users.
In this role, you'll oversee all aspects of digital design, from user research and UX design to visual and product design.
With our products seamlessly blending the physical and digital worlds, you'll ensure that every touchpoint reflects our commitment to outstanding design and elevates the overall customer experience.
Your responsibilities Lead a team of product designers embedded across 6+ teams, shaping the vision, culture, and strategic direction of the Design function.
Manage, nurture your team, ensuring they are motivated, engaged, and growing in their roles.
Promote Human-Centered Design principles and foster a design-driven culture across the company.
Support and encourage the ongoing development and consistent use of our design systems.
Partner with Product and Engineering to define strategies that align with company objectives and user needs.
Collaborate with user research to develop a deep understanding of our users and shape product and business opportunities accordingly.
Communicate company strategy to the team and navigate business and user needs tradeoffs.
Ensure the highest level of design craftsmanship and impact across the design team.
Requirements 10+ years in Product/UX design, with 5+ years managing multidisciplinary teams.
Proven ability to set product design vision across multiple teams/platforms and ensure quality throughout the product lifecycle.
Strong business leadership, commercial awareness, and solution-oriented approach.
Expertise in evidence-based, user-centered design with a focus on fact-based decision-making and validation of assumptions.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management skills, and adaptability in the face of uncertainty.
Fluent in English.
