In this role you will report to the General Manager of the Business Unit Spain and you will be in charge of the Trade Marketing Team (4 people) and a team of 6 subcontracted point of sale managers.What are we looking for?As Head of Trade Marketing Spain, you will:Define and execute the trade marketing strategy and annual plan including:Winning assortment by clusterPricing by band and sku per channel and customerWD obj, setting and monitoringVisibility and merchandisingDevelop the category management strategy and action plan to be the category captain in top customers integrating shopper, customer and category insight analysis.Define point of sale excellence framework and develop sales support materialsCreate and coordinate an integrated business and market intelligence center of excellence to analyze the competitive scenario and competitors' strategy, including market analysis, sales dynamics, shopper/consumer evidence, and provide insight for the BU commercial execution.Lead the selection of external agencies: promoters, merchandisers, POS auditingManage external store manager agencyManage new channel's activities (e-commerce, horeca)Manage the price architecture.You will need some experience and knowledge to match with the role:Experience:Previous experience in account management, preferably at a national levelNice to have experience in Trade Marketing in a FMCG globalIt will be valued knowledge of Marketing, Portfolio strategy, BTL initiatives, RGM policiesStrong business acumen and analytical skillsProcess-orientated, fact-based and a strong sense of urgencyProcess-oriented, fact-based and a strong sense of urgencyCross cultural awareness and ability to work with different cultures.Fluent in Spanish and English, both spoken and written
