Working closely with the CEO and local business leaders, you will take initiatives in project delivery and process optimization across international markets. Analytical thinking, data-savvy, project management, and excellent presentation skills are the keys to success.Job DescriptionsAssigned to strategic projects or initiatives as they arise across the organization.Lead, manage, and coordinate these projects with multiple stakeholders including senior executives and peers across multiple functions, ensuring project(s) are progressing in a timely manner with any necessary support required for action items from origination to execution.Anticipate needs and work together with respective teams to identify opportunities to create and optimize processes and systems.Research, benchmark, analyze data, and make recommendations.Provide short and long-term strategic planning support to the business's executives that are meant to develop and capitalize on business opportunities.Support annual strategic planning and budgeting for the organization.Manage and review key performance indicators.Support the CEO in managing the overall team and monitor information flow.Requirements:Bachelor's/Master's Degree, preferably in Strategy, Business, or Operations.5-6+ years of relevant work experience in top-tier consulting firms.Ability to work independently and be adaptable in a dynamic fast-paced environment.Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.High proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.Results and detail-oriented to generate insights with a strong emphasis on problem-solving.Fluency in English is a must; any additional European language(s) is a plus.
