Summary of the Position: The National Sales Manager Spain will lead the RAMV team for their region.
The individual will be responsible for working with the Marketing and Commercial organizations in the development and execution of the sales strategy and serve as a key information holder regarding the marketplace and thus, be able to react appropriately to that market as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equal experience from previous rolesSuccessful pharmaceutical RX sales profile into HPC customersA minimum of 2 years Sales Management experience and a proven track record of success in the pharmaceutical market consistently meeting or exceeding financial and/or other quantitative targets as well as qualitative goalsIdeally experience with vaccines, alternatively promoting impactful RX products from a broader and competitive marketExperience and knowledge of product management and marketing, ideally from multichannelExperiences with successful launches of new products, entrepreneurial thinking within an organizational start-up situation in the regionStrong analytical skills, market and competitive analysesGood knowledge and actively working with CRM, ideally VeevaDemonstrated ability to coach sales representatives to successProven ability to display Region leadership, performance management and career planningProven track record and ability to execute Sales and Marketing plans at the Region levelFlexibility to learn new products quickly and assist representatives with the sameKnowledge and experience to communicate and train the selling processInitiative & execution orientedFluent in English oral, written and platform presentation communication skillsStrong work ethic and customer focus orientationCross-functional teamwork with key stakeholders within the organization is required Responsibilities:
