.As Helloprint's Head of Sales, you will have a major leading role in implementing the company's sales strategies.
In alignment with the team, you'll be researching, identifying, and connecting potential partners and customers who will sell and buy Helloprint's products and services.
You are the driving force of the team and are proactively designing and setting up sales plans.
In order to reach our goals, you'll work closely with the marketing and data team.
You undoubtedly have a flammable passion for sales,you are creative and commercial at the same time and you'll use all your experience to master a high level of negotiation and cooperation with internal and external stakeholders.

Do not hesitate any longer and get ready for your new adventure in sunny Valencia!What you do You will be responsible for the sales team and the driving force behind the implementation of agreed sales strategies; You will monitor and manage the performance on KPIs for the team with a 'getting sh*t done' mentality; You will prepare forecasts and KPI reporting for the upper management, for use in organisational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning in order to reach our goals; You are actively involved in winning over potential customers with your strong communication skills with an assertive and convincing attitude; You will work collaboratively across teams - especially with Data and Marketing; You are creative intesting different sales approaches for international markets and take the initiative when you have an idea, you can't wait to execute and implement it to see how it performs; You will drive the team in their professional and personal development.What we're looking for You have 3+ years of relevant sales experience in a hands-on environment; You have extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an enthusiastic ability to coach others; You have strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions into strategic sales strategies; You have experiencewith/in several European markets and the ability to identify the needs of different customers and knowledge about creating this into business value; You have strong leadership and communication skills to represent the Sales Team in front of all Stakeholders towards internal and external stakeholders; You have a solution-oriented approach and a seriously curious mindset that is always hungry for more with a performance-driven work style; You speak and writeEnglish fluently; any other languages area plus
