FUNCTIONSWe are looking for the Head of Sales and Marketing who will be responsible of defining and implementing the commercial business plan to launch new products on an international basis. You will have responsibility over sales and marketing strategies for the European and Asian markets. You will define, plan and develop the relevant plans for the market working on the ideal product positioning and strategy, working jointly with the stakeholders involved. As key responsibilities we can highlight the following:- Define and manage the budget for the designated area. - Develop and maintain the existing business with key distributors. - Define distribution strategy as well as the ideal route-to-market, analyzing competitors and identifying new business opportunities. - Measure the ROI for marketing activities. - Lead client negotiations. - Supervise the relation with marketing and design agencies, aligning these with the brand plan and jointly defining the communication plans and strategies. - Reporting to the board and definition of KPIs. Our ideal candidate will have:- University Degree and ideally MBA or similar- +10 years experience in similar role within the industry- International experience and knowledge of key distributors in Modern Trade and On Trade. - Experience managing brands and marketing teams- Entrepreneurial spirit and initiative. - Crossover mindset- Proactive, results oriented, team player- Communication and ability to influence others. - English proficient- Available to travel- Sales and Marketing- MASS COMMODITIES#J-18808-Ljbffr
