This role emphasizes strategic business development to secure new accounts, retain and renew key customers, and expand existing client accounts. The individual will lead the Iberia Sales community and oversee all sales management activities.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Relationship Building: Cultivate relationships with key customer executives at the board level, positioning Eviden as a thought leader and innovative business partner.Sales Management: Oversee end-to-end sales activities from pipeline management to offer sign-off, encompassing both new business (hunting) and account growth (farming).Growth Leadership: Drive Iberia sales growth and prioritize deals, making joint decisions with Heads of Industry and Business Lines on portfolio management and deal pursuits.Collaboration: Work closely with Heads of Industry and Business lines to define priorities and target customer lists, ensuring both short-term and long-term profitable growth.Industry Expertise: Utilize vertical industry-specific knowledge and horizontal BL expertise to sell comprehensive digital transformation projects.Team Allocation: Collaborate with Regional Heads of Industry and Business lines to allocate dedicated Account Service Teams to grow Eviden's share within respective accounts.Account Planning: Lead and monitor Iberia account planning and the application of standard selling methodologies, ensuring contracted margins are met.Cost Control: Manage Iberia sales costs, including budgeting.Performance Management: Oversee the sales performance of Client Partners and Specialized Sales teams within the region.Performance Reviews: Participate in performance reviews of dedicated Account Service Teams, Pre-Sales, Ecosystem, Sales Enablement, and Sales Operations Teams (where applicable).Requirements:Proven Sales Management background in international complex and matrix IT environmentProven sales background to FSI industry, a network with the Iberia banking system in SpainStrong expertise in selling IT solutions and servicesSolid background in managing Order Entry, multimillion budgets and large and complex dealsStrong leadership skills, leading the Sales team in IberiaDedication to business customers combined with team management and business acumen
