You'll need to be a few days a week based in Valencia in order to be with the team and management!!!
Functions:
Designing and implementing strategies to streamline revenue operations processes, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to drive efficiency and growth.
Analyzing data and metrics to identify opportunities for revenue optimization and collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute initiatives.
Developing and managing key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of revenue generation activities and ensure alignment with company objectives.
Leading and mentoring a team of revenue operations professionals to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Collaborating with senior leadership to provide insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making and resource allocation.
Serving as a liaison between sales, marketing, customer success, and finance teams to ensure alignment and coordination of revenue-related activities.
Implementing and maintaining systems and tools to support revenue operations, such as CRM software, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools.
Spearheading the development and execution of revenue growth initiatives, including pricing strategies, upsell and cross-sell programs, and customer retention efforts.
Collaborating with product development teams to identify opportunities for revenue expansion through new features or offerings that address customer needs and market trends.
Overseeing the implementation and optimization of sales and marketing technology stack to enhance lead generation, conversion rates, and overall revenue performance.
Conducting regular analyses of sales pipelines, forecasting accuracy, and revenue projections to inform decision-making and resource allocation.
Requirements
5+ years of increasing experience in a similar role at a successful tech company.
An impressive track record supporting revenue teams within the SaaS/tech industry.
At least 2 years of business development experience.
Strong Analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Proven account planning skills.
Aptitude for crafting engaging communications to the appropriate technical level.
You have expertise in using and training on consultative and solution selling techniques.
Fluent level of English.
You know how to shape engaging communications to the appropriate technical level
You have product experience working with SaaS offerings
