Your mission will be to make our brand get a deep footprint in retail stores in our core markets and prepare to expand.Specifically, we expect you to:Build a case for the Portuguese and Spanish markets and plan a go-to-market strategy.Close deals with retailers in Portugal, define and run a growth plan and promotional activity with them.Collaborate with the team to build a product portfolio that fosters retail growth and balances the omnichannel presence of the brand.Run retail operations and build internal fulfilment systems.Work with retailers to offer a differentiated product portfolio and potential innovation.Prepare future markets with a playbook and to expand the team.Mandatory requirements:Minimum 5 years of experience in Retail with consumer brands.Experience starting a brand in retail from scratch.Deep experience in Portuguese Retail and some experience in other geographies.Hands-on commercial experience in at least two different retail channels: mass market, speciality shops, pharmacies, convenience stores or professionals.Brownie points:Experience in the pet market.Experience in a startup.Dog owner.#J-18808-Ljbffr
