The RoleThe Head of Platform Engineering (HoPE) reports directly to the CTO and will directly manage other managers in the platform engineering department. This department is composed of several independent teams working together to build a modern and self-serviced cloud platform that runs all of Stuart's services. Each team is led by a technical manager and it's the responsibility of the HoPE to ensure alignment among them, drive roadmap direction, elevate engineering quality, deliver continuous improvements and provide a healthy working environment for all team members.
