Key Responsibilities Hiring Organize and manage the hiring process.
Develop roles and job descriptions, in collaboration with executives.
Post job openings, review candidates' profiles, and track progress.
Conduct job interviews.
Assess cultural alignment.
Negotiate terms and contracts.

Systematize and update training programs.

What We're Looking For Proven experience in HR or People Operations, preferably in a high-growth environment.
A natural ability for spotting high-talent candidates and assessing cultural fit.
