Ready to be part of the challenge?The Role The Head of People at Factorial will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive people strategy that aligns with our business goals. This role oversees talent acquisition, talent development, engagement, and people operations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR best practices, strong leadership skills, and a passion for creating an exceptional employee experience. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive people strategy that supports Factorial's business objectives and growth plans Provide strategic guidance to the executive team on all HR-related matters Oversee the recruitment and onboarding processes to attract top talent Develop talent management programs to identify, develop, and retain high-potential employees Create and implement employee engagement strategies to foster a motivated and committed workforce Design and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth Develop competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to HR operations Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to create a diverse and inclusive workplace Requirements : Proven experience as a Head of People, Chief People Officer, or similar senior HR leadership role in a SaaS or technology company Deep knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, talent development, employee engagement, and people operations Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels Proven ability to develop and implement effective HR strategies Experience in leading and managing a team of HR professionals Passion for creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture About usFactorial  is an  all-in-one HR Software  fast-growing company founded in  2016.  Our mission is to help  SMEs automate HR workflows , centralize people data and make better business decisions.
