Your Mission The mission of the Head of People Business areas, including commercial operations, Marketing and Market Access, Medical Affairs, and Strategy, is to align HR strategies with business objectives, driving growth and success on a global scale. This role focuses on cultivating a high-performance culture, attracting and retaining top talent, and fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. Ensures consistent implementation of HR practices across all regions in collaboration with Affiliate People teams and Corporate People & Sustainability Centers of Expertise. Additionally, the role manages organizational development and change initiatives, ensuring the organization adapts to market changes and maintains a competitive edge. Ultimately, the role integrates HR practices with commercial goals to support overall organizational excellence.
Your Role Develop and implement global HR strategies and initiatives that support the goals and growth of the business areas, including talent management, workforce planning, and organizational development.
Lead and manage People function in business areas providing strategic direction, coaching, and support to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Partner with senior leadership and business area heads to identify and address HR-related challenges and opportunities.
Drive employee engagement, performance management, and succession planning efforts across the business areas.
Ensure effective implementation of diversity, equity, and inclusion programs to foster an inclusive workplace.
Oversee global HR operations, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations across corporate and affiliate locations.
Monitor and analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
Collaborate with local HR teams to harmonize policies and practices, ensuring consistency and alignment with company values and objectives.
