.Reporting to the Global Head of Organizational Design and People Analytics (ODPA) within the CPO function and as part of the ODPA leadership team, you will be globally responsible for the oversight, steering and further development of the People Data and Analytics strategy and activities for AZ Technology worldwide. This includes leading the people analytics team, the planning and delivery of required data insights/trends and reports, further standardization and efficiency in analytics processes and capabilities, and refinement and implementation of a global people data governance framework. You will work with your team, business leaders and product owners to define requirements for People insights to enable efficient and effective delivery of business intelligence, and drive innovation in People Analytics with new tools and products (e.G. predictive models and forecasts) for business consumption and benefit. You will: Lead and manage an international team of experts. Define and steer a global Data Strategy within the People Function in alignment with other internal stakeholders (including EMT, local business leaders, People Function Leadership team/Product Owners). Ensure Data Governance in the People Function globally, in alignment with the overarching Data Governance framework and as part of the global CDO community in Allianz. Review and implement efficiency improvement measures in current reporting processes (e.G. standardization, automation) to establish seamless procedures and improve delivery times and data accuracy. Define and implement new Data Solutions/Products to meet changing business needs and objectives by linking the Data Strategy to the Business Strategy. Develop scalable data solutions in conjunction with other (internal) business stakeholders to realize "products" which can be offered to wider Allianz Group to address common problems. Represent Allianz Technology interests towards Allianz Group and support co-development of Group-wide positions/solutions, as required. Minimum Requirements: Excellent university degree qualification in relevant field. Expert user of leading data analytics solutions and 10+ years (corporate) business experience. Experience with analyzing/modeling people-related and organizational data. Experience in an international working environment and leading (international) teams. Fluency in English (written and spoken); other languages are a bonus. Expert with MS Excel & Access, competency with MS Office suite. Excellent command of top-end/cutting edge data analytics methods and tools (e.G. 'R', Tableau, etc.). Solid communication skills (written/spoken) to different hierarchies, incl. excellent presentation skills (in person and virtual), team player. Ability to simplify complex topics also for non-experts, and make content/findings relevant for the customer
