This role requires a deep understanding of SEM strategies, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other PPC platforms, as well as a strong analytical mindset to drive continuous improvement and deliver measurable results. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven marketer with a proven track record of scaling SEM campaigns, managing large budgets, implementing modern search structures and developing a team of SEM specialists.What will you do?Strategy Development:Develop and execute a comprehensive SEM strategy aligned with overall business objectives and marketing goals.Identify new opportunities for growth, including emerging trends and strategies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SEO, content, and product and technology to ensure an integrated approach.Campaign Management:Oversee the creation, implementation, and management of all paid search campaigns across multiple platforms.Manage a significant SEM budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.Conduct regular A/B testing and optimization of ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies.Team Leadership:- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of SEM specialists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.- Set performance goals, conduct regular evaluations, and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.Analytics and Reporting:Monitor and analyze campaign performance using key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI, etc.) and provide actionable insights.Generate regular reports for senior leadership, highlighting campaign results, trends, and areas for improvement.Utilize advanced analytics tools (e.G., Google Analytics, Looker and other platforms) to drive data-driven decision-making.Vendor and Partnership Management:- Manage relationships with external agencies, ad platforms, and other partners.- Negotiate contracts and ensure that third-party vendors deliver on KPIs.Compliance and Best Practices:- Stay current with SEM best-in-class practices, industry trends, and algorithm updates to ensure compliance and maintain competitive advantage.- Ensure all SEM activities adhere to brand guidelines, legal requirements, and ethical standards
