REQUIREMENTS More than 5 years of operations management experience in high-performance companies.
Excellent organizational skills.
Good English and Spanish level; good level of Catalan a plus.
Expert at creating and implementing operational processes.
Ability to focus on clear and objective metrics and solutions.
Experience in building/managing operations teams.
Ability to clearly define operational needs and implement improvements ASAP.
Highly organized and a good team player.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Good at giving and receiving feedback.
THE ROLE This is a strategic role where you will build the best flawless operations process possible, help to coordinate installations with project managers, manage stock and logistics, and improve processes and unit economics with our installers.
You'll work directly with the Operations team on all of the challenges.
One day, you might be meeting our external installing partners to negotiate pricing; another day might be focused on improving our project management processes or helping solve a customer case with your support team.
Responsibilities include: Supply Chain & Procurement: Managing all our projects with your team to purchasing/storing materials.
Capital Excellence: Optimizing our unit economics for each installation.
Strategy: Focused on providing the best experience to our users and installers, building innovative processes and automation to help scale to thousands of installations a month.
Service Operations: Aiming to provide an amazing experience to customers in an industry where NPS is usually low and reviews are mixed.
Leadership & Management: Taking ownership of Operations, leading the Project Management team, Customer Success team, and Installation team, being the main point of contact for board members, and responsible for KPIs and team performance.
