Our client's innovative platform revolutionises the way businesses interact, providing solutions for sales, marketing, and customer loyalty programs with a significant presence in the sporting world.They are now looking for a Head of Operations to join them. The Head of Operations will oversee and optimise the operational framework, including logistics, payment gateways, customer service, and onboarding processes, reporting directly to the Global COO.Key Responsibilities:Logistic Partners: Select and manage logistics partners for product distribution.Leadership: Supervise the Head of Customer Service to ensure excellent support and improve customer satisfaction.Onboarding: Oversee the Onboarding Manager for a smooth process, integrating new retail partners' products and providing platform training.Compliance: Ensure operations comply with relevant regulations and standards.Strategic Planning: Contribute to strategic goals, focusing on operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.What we are looking for:Ideally, a candidate with a background in e-commerce or retail, particularly with experience at an online delivery platform or online retailer.Previous experience working in the start-up/scale-up space (bonus).Benefits:Health insuranceAccess to local sport eventsUp to €70,000 on base + BonusCompany equipment of your choice25 days holiday + bank holidaysThe Head of Operations will be joining a collaborative and innovative team, driving continuous improvement across all operations, and contributing to the growth of the business from the early stages, with huge career progression opportunities.
