.Meta's Business Partner (MBP) Program supports 3rd party partners and developers that helps businesses grow on top of Meta platforms. As the Head of Measurement and Signals Partnerships you will oversee our largest and most strategic signals and measurement partners in EMEA. You will build, develop and manage a strategically focused team of partner managers across EMEA and engage directly with our partners' C-Level stakeholders and senior executives. You will be reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing Partnerships EMEA. The overarching goal for your team is to prospect, develop potential and existing partnerships, and scale 3rd party companies to build successfully and operate sustainable integrations across Meta APIs. Our Measurement and Signals partners are of high strategic importance for our clients and Meta to ensure robust outcome measurement and ads liquidity in the changing ads ecosystem. You and your team will be focusing at least 60% on the signals ecosystem and up to 40% on measurement.Head of Measurement and Signals Partner Management, EMEA ResponsibilitiesLead a talented, motivated and high-performing partner management team. Provide mentorship, guidance and career development to members of the team.Develop strong C-level relationships, and use market insights to inform partnerships strategies to help our partners grow their business and support our strategic priorities.Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Measurement and Signals Industry and drive thought leadership internally and externally.Identify and translate market opportunities and challenges into a well-defined team strategy that will accelerate the growth of the ecosystem.Influence cross-functional leadership to drive goal alignment and achieve our mission and strategy.Work towards bi-annual OKRs such as revenue growth and new technology solutions and driving innovation.Provide external thought leadership as an industry expert.Minimum Qualifications12+ years of experience in product management, business development, business strategy, or equivalent experience with at least 5+ years of people management experience.Experience in MarTech, Data Management and/or Advertising is a must with experience on Measurement being a plus.Strong knowledge of online advertising, branding, performance advertising and marketing frameworks, experience in ad-effectiveness measurement techniques would be a plus.Strong understanding of how technology works including deep passion for Meta products and digital marketing.Experience influencing and partnering with senior stakeholders across organizations.Track record of developing and leading high-performance, nimble and executionally rigorous teams.Experience dynamically prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously and working in a fast-paced environment based on changing business priorities.Problem solving and analysis experience solving business problems, individually or in a group setting
