PURPOSE OF THE ROLEThe Head of Master Data leads and implements the organization's master data strategy.
This role involves collaborating with business leaders, IT executives and data experts to foster a data-driven decision-making culture.
This includes defining data vision, goals and enhancing master data solutions for a unified view.
The position holder manages a team of data professionals to achieve excellence in defining data governance policies and aligning data management with partner teams and departments.
This role reports to the Global Finance Systems Head and can be based in Basel or Milan.
This position requires travel at maximum 10%.
