Reporting to the EMEA Marketing Director and working in alignment with the Spanish leadership team, including the Market President and Sales Director, the Head of Marketing is responsible for planning and executing the Go To market campaigns for Experian solutions, both Business and Consumer information portfolios. This includes generating pipeline with targeted campaigns primarily through digital outreach programs to support the business growth of this fast-expanding region. The role will be line manager of a team of Marketing Specialists based in Granada and will also have dotted line responsibility for digital teams.Principle ResponsibilitiesLead Generation - Primary goal is to drive pipeline through marketing-related activities and support the region's sales objectives.Working closely with the Sales Director and sales teams to implement an effective end-to-end marketing plan.Own the regional marketing plan and execute effective campaigns across all relevant customer segments driving both central and local initiatives.Measurement & reporting on campaign effectiveness.Public Relations - Define and agree on PR strategy and budget in line with the EMEA PR Manager.Ownership of overall PR Plan for their region.Work with local PR agencies responsible for driving Experian's voice in the market and ensuring the necessary spokespeople are briefed for relevant media opportunities.Support internal communications as and when required.Product Marketing - Identification of marketing messaging & positioning.Development and localization of client-facing content to support sales.Delivery of integrated Go to market for the launch of new products.Digital Strategy - Proficient in the understanding of social channels and CRM tools such as Salesforce, Eloqua, LinkedIn to support a "digital first" strategy.Websites - increased traffic, usability, lead capture, and engagement.Social media / social marketing programs.Creation & delivery of Digital Communications (Newsletters, alerts, blogs, etc).Events - Ownership of event calendar in Region.End-to-End delivery of the events, including coordinating sales & marketing to ensure full alignment on objectives, strategy, delivery plan.Liaison with suppliers/agencies & event organizers.Evaluate post-event results to drive continuous improvement in the company event strategy.Budget Management - Ownership and management of PR, collateral, print/online advertising, strategic campaigns budget.Pipeline Accountability (FY22) - $14M.QualificationsRequired Key Skills (Functional / Technical)Strategic thinker and problem-solving skills.Thrives in demanding working environments.Working knowledge / Intermediate CRM and Salesforce.In-depth knowledge of running B2B campaigns.Understanding of current market trends.Ideally knowledge of Eloqua and lead management process.Prior team management experience.Good time-management skills.Great interpersonal and communication skills.Leading and collaborating with teams and stakeholders across different locations.Fluency in English and Spanish.Required Qualifications/Experience10 years + running Pipeline creation activities across the marketing mix.Prior experience in the Financial services/ Credit and/or Business Information sector would be considered as a plus.
