Mint One is looking for a head of marketing to help lead our startup. Your primary responsibility will be to create, manage and execute a marketing strategy to increase awareness of Mint One and attract new users. As our marketing head, your mission will be to position Mint One as the reference company for NFTs in both Spain and Europe. We are looking for a person who has an interest in the creative field and wants to be part of our mission to empower people to express themselves and connect through NFTs.
The person should have experience working with creators and influencers, product/startup marketing, creating digital communities and data-driven advertising. We need to build and foster relationships with B2B partners, the tech community, the influencer and brand community, the blockchain community and the tech community at large. We are operating in an innovative, young and high-growth industry and you will have essential input into our core vision and strategy as a company, helping guide us to become a reference within the non-fungible token ecosystem.
You will report directly to our founder and CEO, and work closely with our team to build and lead this important function.
ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with Mint One's leadership team to build a social acquisition and brand strategy that aligns with the company's roadmap and vision.Structure, hire, and manage our marketing team.Plan and implement Mint One's marketing strategy, and drive adoption across the organization.Establish specific and measurable marketing goals and objectives.Source, negotiate and collaborate with creators, artists and influencers (high-profile individuals), and their teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns.Design and execute an action plan for social media presence.Develop digital marketing campaigns (strategy and content creation), marketing content marketing and measuring results for both Mint One and collaborating artists/brands.Detect opportunities in the market to drive business growth.Determine KPIs and track efficiency of various strategies.Monitor community building and engagement.Identify relevant industry events and coordinate Mint One's presence.RequirementsAt least 3 years of experience in B2C marketing.Fluency in Spanish and English.Experience working with digital talent (Influencers / Creators / Agencies) and developing creative briefs.Clear understanding of the influencer industry, key players, trends and market direction.Proven track record in defining and successfully implementing a marketing strategy in a B2C environment.Passion for understanding the latest trends of Generation Z and Millennials.Experience in building and leading a team focused on growth.An analytical mindset and passion for innovative, high-tech products.High energy and predisposition as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills.Strong attention to detail, data-driven decision making, and proven ability to manage priorities.Knowledge and understanding of the NFT, cryptocurrency and metaverse markets and communities.Master's degree in Marketing, Management or similar field (recommended).BenefitsWhy should you join?
