As the Director of Marketing & Communications, you'll be at the forefront of crafting compelling narratives that align with our growth initiatives and resonate with our target audience.
You will have relevant experience, demonstrating a hands-on approach to communication strategy development and experience managing both internal and external stakeholders.
What will you be doing?
As the Marketing and Communications Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing and communication initiatives to enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and support organizational objectives across different countries (currently UK, Portugal, Spain, Greece).
This will include: Creation of content across various platforms Staying updated on industry trends Understanding audience preferences Ensuring our content resonates with our target audience Cultivating relationships with media outlets Managing press activities and working with in-country PR agencies Leading digital marketing efforts, managing SEO and social media to engage our audience Analyzing campaign metrics, optimizing strategies, managing budgets, and maximizing RoI Collaborating with stakeholders to align marketing with business objectives, maintaining brand consistency, and building strong relationships internally and externally What you need to be successful A great attitude is key; we're looking for someone with a proven track record of outstanding delivery in a fast-paced environment Capability to operate in a senior marketing and communications role managing projects from conception to completion in a multi-country environment Confidence in speaking, listening, and writing, sometimes within large groups including customers and external stakeholders Strong attention to detail both in reviewing written documents and ensuring our event stands look top-notch!
Proactivity in identifying what needs to come next in terms of communications planning and aligning stakeholders to their actions in that plan Strong coordination skills with the ability to manage several tasks simultaneously Exposure and understanding of the space sector is an added bonus!
