You will also be responsible for leading the tender team of the company.Major Areas of Accountability:Government and Corporate Affairs:Represent Coloplast in front of official bodies, in particular the Ministry of Health and Autonomous Communities, and carry out Public Affairs activities.Represent the company and actively participate in the working meetings, decisions, and actions implemented by the Spanish Industry Association (Fenin).Ensure precise institutional monitoring (Parliaments, government, administration, media…) to identify and anticipate threats and opportunities for Coloplast interests, formulating recommendations for action.Mobilize health alliances to support reimbursement opening/access (e.G. patient organizations, industry associations, policy makers, KOLs, etc.).Participate in the design and organization of media campaigns, identifying relevant institutional stakeholders, and understanding decision-making agendas.Keep and organize contacts with key public authorities.Analyze stakeholder positions, define messages, and arguments.Market Access Area:Lead the national/regional market access (MA) and reimbursement strategies.Develop and roll out strategic initiatives designed to maximize patient access to Coloplast products and services.Aligned with HQs, set the development of value dossiers of Coloplast products and services for payers, including the health economics and clinical evidence data that may be required to optimize and/or preserve Spanish reimbursement levels.Ensure close dialogue and cooperation with internal (Marketing, sales, business excellence…and HQs teams) and external (MoH, AEMPS, RedETS, key regional payers, PAGs, Sc. Societies, Nursery College…) stakeholders.Participate in the development of pricing negotiation strategies.Own and drive the overall tender process for all business units managing a team of three tender specialists.Responsible for the regulatory affairs area, driving one regulatory affairs manager.QualificationsDegree within healthcare/business administration and/or medical technology. Master is an asset.A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a similar position within the field of medical devices/healthcare.Solid understanding of the healthcare environment.Excellent strategic thinking skills combined with strong analytical and conceptual capabilities
