As the Head of Innovation, you will spearhead the strategy and execution of new product launches. Your role will involve blending deep market insights with a keen understanding of consumer trends and preferences. You will provide leadership across multiple functional areas, aligning efforts with R&D, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure that each new product not only reaches the market but also thrives in it. Key Responsibilities:
Orchestrate the end-to-end commercialization process, from initial concept to successful market launchCollaborate with R&D, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless product development and launchDevelop strategies to effectively introduce new products into the market, ensuring alignment with Happy Mammoth's business strategy and the strategic imperatives of all internal and external partnersOversee market research and analysis to inform product development and positioning strategiesManage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure efficient and effective product launchesBuild and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to support product commercializationContinuously identify, evaluate, and capitalize on trends and innovations in the CPG landscape
Requirements:
A minimum of 10+ years of leadership experience, with a track record of successful product launchesProven experience in product development and commercialization, preferably in the CPG or food & beverage industryStrong cross-functional collaboration skills, able to lead and motivate teams across different departmentsExcellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyDeep understanding of the consumer goods market, consumer preferences, and market dynamicsInnovative mindset with a passion for creating products that resonate with our clientsExceptional communication skills, capable of leading conversations for both internal teams and external partnersUsed to a fast-paced environment
