Head of HR Business Partners and People Operations Country: Spain WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Mission: The Head of HRBP and People Operations is part of the HR team and accompanies our organization in its growth and huge expansion.
Reporting to the CHRO, this person will work closely with our business leaders to develop a cross vision and ensure that our HR strategy is correctly aligned to the business objectives.
Your responsibilities will be 360º: HR process and program execution, organizational design, D&I fostering, management and employee advice and coaching and development, culture & engagement.
Responsibilities & requirements: Participate in the development and implementation of the HR strategy aligned to the business objectives, ensuring that all HR projects and processes are correctly implemented.
Contribute to develop talent management strategies to identify, develop and retain critical talents to build a talent pipeline with the objective of meeting staffing needs and facilitates succession planning.
Partner with our Talent Acquisition team and department leaders to hire the best talent for the business, focusing especially on IT profiles.
Participate in the compensation & bonus processes, ensuring the alignment of the rewards to performance.
Foster a culture based on our 13 leadership principles that values critical thinking and problem solving, encourages constructive feedback and engagement, and promotes inclusion and diversity.
Improve the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring that it is adapted to the business culture and strategy.
Use feedback from pulse surveys to develop new engagement strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals, supporting leaders in the communication and implementation of action plans.
Identify training needs and assist the L&D function in aligning training programs with long-term skill company needs.
Act as the key advisor on all employee relations issues.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field Master's Degree Preferred Education & experience required: Minimum 10+ years of experience with a track record in a similar position in the IT sector.
Experience in consulting is a plus.
High knowledge of IT and digital profiles.
High skill level in the design, development, and execution of human resources strategies and practices including staffing, learning and development, succession planning, performance management, and organizational effectiveness/team development.
Demonstrated ability to ramp up quickly and operate in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment and develop realistic, agile solutions that can be adjusted and scaled as required.
Ability to manage and adapt to a variety of management styles.
Creative, action-oriented, and with strong conflict management skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team, guiding it towards a common objective and a common direction.
Strong communication skills, and proven ability to build and maintain strong, trusting, and long-term relationships.
Advanced English level.
