Lead team of three Global Sourcing Managers.

Lead Negotiations with suppliers.

Lead Commercial contracts for CAPEX.

Ensure service level availability for CAPEX in production sites.

Mastering sourcing process (source to contract and procurement to pay).

Management of CAPEX related supplier portfolio globally.

YOUR PROFILE

Leadership in international procurement.

Experience in strategic sourcing and category management from a relevant industry.

Good at managing people networks.

Strong in negotiation skills.

Project management skills.

Excellent communication with people from various cultural backgrounds.

Structured, systematic and transparent approach to business processes.

Good at prioritizing and staying calm under pressure.

Solution focused mindset.

Fluent English and Spanish mandatory (German is a plus).

Bachelor degree or equivalent in Engineering, Law or Business Administration.

A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in procurement, preferably in our industry.
