Head of Global HR Systems and Governance (m/f/d)Head of Global HR Systems and Governance (m/f/d) Head of Global HR Systems and Governance (m/f/d)HR, Organisation and QualityBarcelona (Spain) Ref: DI93275741 September 20, 2024 INDUSTRY AND CAPITAL GOODS FUNCTIONS The Head of Global HR Systems and Governance is responsible for managing HR technology projects and ensuring HR policies and procedures are effectively implemented and compliant globally.Your Responsibilities:- Drive HR technology projects, including implementation and upgrades, e.g. SAP SuccessFactors, etc.- Develop and enforce HR governance policies.- Collaborate with IT and HR teams to optimize HR systems.- HR PMO / Monitor project progress and report on key metrics.Your Profile:- Experience: 7+ years in HR project management, with experience in Consulting.- Experiences with SAP Success Factors.- Project management skills, knowledge of HRIS and regulatory compliance.- Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, or related field; Project Management certification preferred.- Worked in global environments.- Attributes: detail-oriented, strong organizational skills, problem-solver, and excellent communication.- Willingness to travel (approx. 20%).- Proficiency in English.
