.At Management Events, we take pride in creating memorable experiences, knowledge sharing, and professional growth for the members of Aurora Live Business Network across Europe, and to multiple solution providers.As the Head of Event Production, you will lead a team of Event Experience Managers across the Nordics, shaping the future of our events and gatherings, and executing virtual content production by leading from the front in executing and coaching the team on the job.This role involves overseeing venue planning, negotiation, and ensuring exceptional hospitality at our events and gatherings.The ideal candidate has a passion for creating unforgettable experiences, a knack for meticulous planning, and a proven track record of leading successful event teams.You are a team player at heart, engaging all internal teams involved to create the best possible experience and hospitality for our event attendees.Your role:Final accountability for all events we execute in Finland, Sweden, Denmark, and Norway, holding the budget, ensuring customer satisfaction, and bringing the best out of the event teams before, during, and after the events and virtual productions.Lead and coach a team of Event Experience Managers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence, ensuring team motivation and productivity.Execute event production plans aligned with objectives and budgets with an innovative take.
