.Huhtamaki are currently looking for an experienced Head of Enterprise Architecture to join our Digital and Process Performance department.Reporting to the VP Process and ERP Transformation, the Head of Enterprise Architecture is accountable for Huhtamaki's business capability map and enterprise architecture (information / data, process, application and technology) management.Ideally this role will be based from our HQ in Espoo, however, other European locations where Huhtamaki has an entity will be considered.Accountability and key deliverablesLeading definition of business capability map and target enterprise architecture based on Huhtamaki strategy, business and functional roadmaps and operating model and process development roadmaps (utilizing Lean IX platform)Facilitating governance structures for architecture definition and managementSteering business, process, data and IT development projects for compliance with and implementation of the target architectureIdentifying and driving forward opportunities for cross function/process and project synergies and common capability build-upDeveloping necessary working practices, processes and tools (e.G. documentation templates) for architecture workManaging competency development related to enterprise architecture at HuhtamakiKey responsibility areasParticipating in highest level business stakeholder management to translate strategy and business needs into capabilities and architecture requirementsLeading business capability and architecture definition work across businesses and IT domainsDefining and maintaining architecture standards, and supporting in compliancy across the organizationMaintaining architecture roadmap for steps from current state to target architecture aligned with business and IT roadmapsManaging network of architecture, and later dedicated central architecture resourcesContributing the development and management of Huhtamaki IT function globally as member of IT Leadership TeamProject execution - while adhering to target architecture and other defined standardsLevel of reuse and sharing between businesses and IT domainsQualifications and ExperienceStrong business and operating model acumenAbility to translate business strategies and operating models into capabilities and architecture requirementsSolid understanding of modern enterprise architecture and working practicesLong-term (3-5 years) planning and roadmapping for business capabilities and architectureAbility to visualize and document concepts into easily communicated wayCo-operative, good on influencing without direct authority with stakeholdersAbility to support and work in multiple project in parallel while keeping sight on the target architectureRelevant Bachelor or Master's level degreeWhat's in it for you?This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, senior level candidate to join a talented team, driving meaningful work that is closely linked to Huhtamaki's 2030 strategy
