About the RoleEngineering is essential to our business, allowing us to deliver a seamless and innovative customer experience.
We are seeking a talented Head of Engineering to grow and manage our software development teams.
You will focus on scalability, efficiency, and continuous improvement as you take charge of evolving the organisation's delivery capabilities, working closely with business heads and product stakeholders to implement the platforms and processes that keep us at the forefront of our industry.
You are not afraid to roll up your sleeves, and will be excited to dive into our current platforms and drive change to ensure our systems are modular, our code is clean, and our documentation clear.
It's not just about the code — you will also help put the right processes and tools in place to build and sustain high-performing engineering teams.
You have a strong track record of people management, technical expertise, delivering and managing complex software systems, and a deep understanding of software development, databases and the AWS stack.
