Overview:Are you ready to lead a dynamic and creative advertising agency that thrives on crafting innovative and impactful campaigns across digital and traditional channels? From Instagram reels and online videos to eye-catching OOH and print ads, we do it all! We're on the hunt for a Head of Design to steer our talented team of designers, ensuring our work is always fresh, innovative, and on-brand.Job Summary: As our Head of Design, you'll be the visionary leader, inspiring and managing our design team. You'll work closely with the content team to create cohesive pieces that meet brand standards and exceed client expectations. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on creative execution in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Responsibilities:Lead, motivate, and guide a team of designers, ensuring the delivery of exceptional creative work across all channels.Collaborate with the content team to ensure impactful visual narratives and cohesive campaigns.Oversee the creation of digital assets, including Instagram posts, reels, and online videos, as well as OOH and print materials.Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines while remaining innovative and engaging for audiences.Stay updated on design trends, digital tools, and emerging technologies to keep our work relevant and competitive.Manage workflows, set priorities, and allocate resources to ensure timely delivery of high-quality projects.Present concepts and designs to clients, advocating for creative proposals and managing feedback effectively.Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the design team.Qualifications:Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.Over 8 years of design experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role at an agency or creative studio.Strong portfolio showcasing experience in digital design (social media, videos) and traditional media (OOH, print).Advanced proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar.Proven experience leading creative teams and delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.Solid understanding of brand identity, typography, color theory, and design principles.Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative ideas clearly.Bilingual in English is highly desirable.#LI-PG1
