Work closely with the Head of Outbound Marketing to ensure that project management practices contribute to the broader company vision, supporting both operational excellence and customer-centric outcomes. Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of all projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and with the highest quality standards. Continuously evaluate and optimize project management processes and methodologies, identifying tools that enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability. Onboard, mentor and guide the project managers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability, helping the Head of Outbound Marketing to ensure we have the correct skillsets and incentive programmes to deliver continuous account growth, retention, and customer satisfaction. Constantly hunt for opportunities to 'Wow' our customers and leverage memorable customer experiences to deliver growth Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless project execution, fostering a culture of collaboration and shared success. Ideal Candidate Profile: Extensive experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects. A CX advocate who understands how to strike a balance between customer needs and business goals. Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices. Demonstrated ability to lead process improvement initiatives, particularly in integrating automation and new technologies. Excellent leadership and people management skills, with a focus on mentoring and developing talent. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Some exposure to Revenue Operations (the friction vs force concept) and EOS methodologies The ability to demand, assess, and leverage data to improve business and customer outcomes nals and our SaaS platform integrated with Artificial Intelligence.
