Your responsibilities include: Listening to, responding to, and mediating between travellers and accommodation suppliers worldwide, ensuring top-notch customer service. Clarifying inquiries regarding services, payments, and technical requirements, providing precise information, and following established processes via email and phone. Requirements: Language Skills: Proficient in Serbian (C2 level) and advanced English. Communication: Excellent written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills. Technical Skills: Proficient with PC usage, including Office 365, CRM databases, and other internal platforms. Mindset: Problem-solving, solution-oriented, positive, and motivated, capable of handling challenging customer issues. Work Approach: Goal-oriented, adaptable to changing priorities and business processes. Experience: Previous experience in customer service or contact center environments is valued. Availability: Able to work both from the office and remotely (within 100km from the office).
