Responsible for the development and implementation of a global CRM strategy for solar and energy management: lead management, remarketing, upselling, cross selling, loyalty/Member Get Member programs, Cold Databases, churn strategy, APP communications, push notifications, etc. Create and deploy segmentation models to increase personalization of campaigns. Lead the team in charge of operating the previous activities and tasks within our CRM and other tools, providing guidance, direction, and support (2 people). Supervise and optimize marketing processes and systems, ensuring efficiency and alignment with company objectives. Research, design and automatized the journeys of our clients or potential buyers. Data Analysis and results measurement. Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams (IT, sales, Customer Care, Marketing). Identify and evaluate new marketing channels and establish plans to effectively implement and manage these channels. Manage the budget and external agencies/providers for CRM initiatives. Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field. Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a CRM leadership role. Demonstrated experience leading successful CRM initiatives. Strong knowledge of CRM platforms and systems (Hubspot, Salesforce or similar). Excellent project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
