Business Performance Management: setting strategic goals, OKRs, and tracking performance to achieve results, taking investment decisions2. Data&BI;: creating BI instruments & ensuring Data availability for data-driven decision-making3. Management of b2b Relations: ensuring effective partnerships and business development (iGaming Content & Tech Providers)Personal Challenges:1. Managing the Team of 7 outstanding professionals2.
