Based in Barcelona, with additional European offices in Amsterdam, Berlin, Cologne, Lviv, Milan, Paris, and Wroclaw, CargoON specializes in enhancing communication, automation, and documentation workflows to strengthen competitiveness and sustainability in the logistics sector.
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Head of Business Development Managers Iberia Hunting at CargoON.
The person will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to developing and executing sales strategies, identifying and approaching potential clients, conducting market research, and building relationships with key stakeholders and leading the team.
This role is located in Barcelona, with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field and project management
Strong knowledge of the logistics and transportation industry
Experience in identifying and approaching potential clients
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
Self-motivated and target-driven
Fluency in English and Spanish (both written and verbal)
Knowledge of additional languages is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Experience leading a Sales team
