We are looking for a Head of Art / Art Director who will play a crucial role in shaping and maintaining the brand's visual identity, ensuring that it resonates with the target audience and remains consistent across all channels and materials.
Your challenge & roles: Art Direction Content coherence and quality Design, style & casting team lead Your Responsibilities Develop and communicate the artistic vision and visual identity of Tropicfeel. Ensure that all creative work aligns with the brand's core values, mission, and target audience. Stay updated on design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to keep Tropicfeel's creative approach fresh and innovative. Conceptualize and execute innovative and visually appealing marketing campaigns and promotional materials. Design and oversee the production of various assets, including website design, social media graphics, print materials, and packaging. Create mood boards, style guides, and design templates to streamline the creative process and achieve visual excellence. Collaborate with the product development team to help ensure appropriate brand identity application to our product range. Lead art direction and visual identity of in-house and externalized content shootings, including but not limited to product art, styling, casting, scouting, and more. Stay up-to-date with advancements in design software and tools and train team members accordingly. Maintain and enforce brand guidelines, ensuring consistency in design elements, color schemes, typography, and imagery. Conduct regular audits of visual assets and marketing materials to identify and address inconsistencies or issues. Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of designers and artists, fostering a creative and collaborative work environment. Oversee the outsourcing of talent & stylists, photographers & editors, and any agency needed for specific projects. What are we looking for?? 6 to 8 years of experience in an Art direction background. Strong affinity with the outdoor and travel gear industry. Advanced in English and Spanish, excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in leading teams. Be a person with critical thinking and a proactive attitude. A goal-oriented person with an understanding of digital channels and business mechanics. You never move forward before answering "why". Advanced level in Adobe suite software.
