4 or 5 star hotels or superior restaurants/bars- Training new employees on company procedures and policies- Creating new Cocktail Spirits offer for every outlet in the resort.- Overseeing the inventory of liquor in the bars, ordering new supplies when necessary, and organizing storage space for bottles- Managing all bars operations including staff scheduling, inventory, ordering supplies, and creating drink specials- Ensuring that customers receive prompt attention from waitstaff and bartenders- Maintaining cleanliness of bar area and equipment to ensure sanitary conditions for patrons- Knowledge of Spanish and English and preference for another Foreign Language (fluent in speaking).- Minimum 12. year of schooling and/or Professional Course adapted to the function- Knowledge of AHCCP hygiene and safety standards- Computer skills: Microsoft Office, Internet and specific applications for the restaurant/hotel sector Se ofrece - Integration in a dynamic team, focused on a service of excellence- Remuneration compatible with the role- Continuous Training Plan to enhance career development- Access to the e-learning training platform- Possibility of functional, national and/or international mobility- Incentives and Benefits PlanLeisure:- Special rates for employees, family and friends in the several services of the Minor, National and International Group.
