In this position, you will be able to develop within dormakaba Iberia, contributing to the business through the generation of brand awareness and the continuous improvement of the customer experience at the different contact points.
Key Tasks & Specific Challenges:Develop and set the global standard for procurement core area digitalization.Close co-operation with procurement functions, business departments and external partners and innovators.Derive, develop, and drive a strategic roadmap for the digitalization purposes of the procurement function, especially strengthening Source-to-Pay.Lead multi-functional teams on large scale / complex projects.Project or sub-project management within the scope of implementing tools and platforms as a global standard (i.e. SAP Ariba roll-outs or others).Be the catalyst for automation, artificial intelligence and machine learning to improve processes, toolboxes and functional expertise (job roles and skill sets).Research and consider new technological trends and market environment to support procurement excellence.Organizing and implementing international workshops and training sessions.Key Accountabilities:Digitalization strategy: Developed and continuously maintained roadmap for Procurement.Projects: Project Lead and Management and implementation of digitalization projects according to plan and budget.Global governance, standards, and guidance: Provided framework & governance for digitalization topics and development of Procurement function.Automation: Set global standards and push automation for transactional processes.New technology: Feasibility studies and business case for new technologies.Lead and develop a team: Lead, develop and grow a team to achieve the anticipated targets of Procurement and dormakaba.Key Functional Interrelations:Internal: Procurement functions, IT, Legal, HR, Communications, Master Data Management
External: suppliers, partners, consultants, advisors, experts
Work Experience:5 years
Minimum Requirements:Required expertise in implementation and execution of SAP Ariba (Sourcing, Contracts, Guided Buying, Commerce Automation, Supplier Lifecycle and Performance); S/4HANA is a plus.Completed university degree such as bachelor's or master's degree in Procurement Engineering, Supply Chain Engineering / Management, Purchasing, Logistics, Information Technology, or related field.English: business fluency.
