Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in systems administration.
2 years' experience leading IT teams.
B.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong knowledge of Operating Systems support for Windows, MacOS, and Linux.
Proficient in managing hardware and hardware inventory for internal users (installation, reset, hardware issues, software issues).
Good knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 Suite, including Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.
Experience with Atlassian tools (mainly Jira and Confluence), Monday platform, and cloud-based resources management (e.g., Virtual Machines in Azure) would be desirable but not required.
Intermediate level in English is a must. Good handling of Spanish required.
