Reporting to the Director of Talent, you will have the opportunity to help shape our global recruiting strategy while delivering a best-in-class candidate experience.

If you're hungry for a good opportunity, please apply anyway!As our Recruiter, you'll be responsible for:Owning and managing the full lifecycle recruiting process for various departments, including our Go To Market teams, Product, Design and Engineering.Working directly with hiring managers to optimize the recruiting process across a variety of roles/teams.Assisting with the execution of Employment Brand programs.Involvement in the development, implementation, and iteration of scalable recruiting programs and processes.Helping to develop creative and proactive solutions where metrics are not meeting benchmarks.Educating hiring managers on talent acquisition within a variety of markets.Staying current on geographic market trends or patterns that have potential impact on recruiting.So what kind of person are we looking for in this role?The person who will be successful in this role will be:Highly detail-oriented: you are able to stay organized and manage multiple competing priorities.Service-oriented: you aim to deliver a high level of service to hiring managers and candidates alike.An enthusiastic networking participant: you enjoy meeting new people and keeping up with a large talent network.A MVP: you are always willing to go the extra mile to help others succeed.Qualifications:1-2 years experience with recruiting in a technology company.Willingness to go into our Barcelona office 2-3 times a week.Experience recruiting in Europe.Understanding of full lifecycle recruiting processes.Demonstrated success in expanding pipeline diversity and running intentionally inclusive recruiting practices.Demonstrated ability and interest in showcasing a positive and inclusive company culture.Skilled in negotiation and ability to close candidates.Demonstrated success in managing high-velocity recruitment.Experience recruiting for technology companies with a global presence is preferred.Experience recruiting in India, Latin America, and US preferred.Ability to speak Spanish preferred.
